Mounts both 75mm x 75mm and 100mm x 100mm VESA mount monitors. Each arm holds 4-20lbs max. 

Recommended: 32" Max Monitor Size 

Each arm holds up to 20 pounds. For best spacing, we recommend a 32" monitor as the maximum size.
