60 DAY NO RISK TRIAL | 5 YEAR WARRANTY
Our "Love Mojo" return policy is simple. We want you to love MojoDesk so we let you try it out for 60 DAYS from delivery of your desk with no risk. We will cover shipping both ways in the US (Lower 48). If you’re not completely thrilled with MojoDesk - for any reason – contact us using the Return Request link below we will provide an authorization number and pre-paid return labels.
How can we do this? Because we know you'll love it.
RETURNS AND BOXES
As stated, we will cover your return shipping costs. We highly recommend keeping your original packaging in case you decide to return your MojoDesk or accessories.
New boxes or shipping material will be at your own expense.
Your refund will be credited to your method of purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. As long as all products (and all itemized parts of those products) are returned in good condition, you will receive a full refund.
You will receive an detailed email of the returned products and amount of refund after your return has been inspected for condition and completeness.
5 YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY
All MojoDesk branded products are backed by a limited 5-year warranty. All desktops, accessories, hardware, and parts - including motors and electrical components – are covered for normal usage.
If it’s determined that an issue is caused by misuse or abuse of the product, cost of replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
We also are authorized resellers of the Varier MOVE chair. This is covered by our 60 day return policy like all products sold but warranty claims are handled directly by Varier.
Shipping Costs and Part Replacements
During the 60 DAY NO RISK period, returns, replacements, and shipping costs are paid by MojoDesk both ways in the US (Lower 48).
If you have paid for express shipping or additional shipping costs to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or out of the country, those shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
After the initial 60 DAY NO RISK period, refunds will no longer be available, part replacements for the same style, size, and color of product will be provided instead.
Coverage on desktop surfaces exclude normal daily wear, damage caused by improper assembly, disassembly, or adding/removal of a 3rd party accessory.
All our products are sold self-assembly. Any labor costs for the intial setup or for replacement parts are the customer's expense.
Shipping Damage Policy
While all items are packed carefully and "drop tested" to meet FedEx Ground standards, shipping damage can still occur during transit. Please inspect all boxes in your order (desktop, frame, and additional accessories) upon receipt. We will replace all items that incur shipping damage within 15 business days of receiving your items. Please send a pictures of the damaged items using the form HERE.
Measuring and Desktop Surface Exchange Policy
All product exchanges covered under our warranty are for the same product size, style, and color. Please be sure to properly measure your room to make sure you have enough space as far as width, depth for movement in front of your desk and even the height of your ceiling for headroom when standing.
Any requests for exchanges for a desktop that are different sizes, shapes, or colors will have a cost for the full price of the desktop and associated shipping expense.
- Measuring error for desktop that is too large or prefer a larger size (example: 48 inch to 60 inch or vice versa)
- Changing to a different style or shape (example: cubicle rectangular to an organic curve rectangular, rectangular to our L-shape)
- Changing to a different color or texture (example: woodgrain textured surface to Matte Lux soft touch or Sahara Stone to Charcoal)

Woodgrains: All laminate woodgrain styles (American Oak, Weathered Oak, Obsidian Oak) have a textured woodgrain surface. A mousepad is recommended as well as a notepad for writing.
Sahara Stone and Classic White: Our Sahara Stone and Classic White style laminate has a textured, semi-smooth surface. A mousepad is recommended.
Matte Lux: Our solids of Black and Charcoal are our smoothest “soft-touch” desktop surfaces ideal for mouse tracking without the need for a mousepad or notepad for writing.
PlexiGuard Return Policy
PlexiGuard has a 30 Day return policy for unopened, unused pieces with the blue seal still on the shields. Return shipping cost will be customer's responsibility as well as measuring correctly for bracket size.
